New Comment Feature: Data Validation Checks

The e-GGRT system includes data validation checks that identify potential errors in your annual report.  If you are not able to resolve a data validation check, please add an optional comment prior to submitting your report explaining why you believe your data is correct.  Your comments may resolve an issue that would otherwise have required correspondence with EPA.

Streamlined Reporting for Stationary Fuel Combustion (Subpart C)

EPA has made several changes to the downloadable reporting forms for Reporting Year 2019.  Be sure that you download the most recent version of the reporting form(s) from Reporting Form Instructions before you begin preparing your report.

The electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool (e-GGRT) will be unavailable beginning the evening of Friday, February 7th, 2020 for a brief maintenance period in preparation for RY2019 reporting.

Before the maintenance period begins, EPA encourages you to take care of any pending Certificate of Representation and Notice of Delegation actions so that you will be ready for the RY19 e-GGRT reporting period.  These might include new representative or agent appointments, and changes in designated or alternate designated representatives.  For more detail on these processes please review our help content on the topics using the links below.  Please note that facility representatives or agents that are new to e-GGRT will need to complete user registration, including a Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA).  Please allow several days for EPA to process and approve any paper ESAs.

EPA is making available drafts of the Reporting Year (RY) 2019 Reporting Form, Optional Calculation Spreadsheet, and XML schema.   Please note there are few changes as compared with the RY2018 versions of the documents. Changes to the Subpart W Reporting Form and Optional Calculation Workbook are limited to changes to improve usability and support use of the form for multiple reporting years.  There are no Subpart W schema changes this year.
