Some Subpart FF reporters may be required to report under Subpart C (General Stationary Fuel Combustion Sources) and/or Subpart W (Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems). You may use EPA’s Applicability Tool to determine the subparts that apply to your facility.
For Reporting year 2017 and later, Subpart FF reporters are required to include the MSHA Report if it is used to provide CH4 concentrations and flow rates as listed on Tab 4 Ventilation Quarterly of the reporting form. The MSHA Report is only required if MSHA data is used as the monitoring method for this data. The file name entries on Tab 4 should be consistent with the names of files uploaded in section 3) Upload MSHA Report of the Subpart FF Facility Overview.
Completed Subpart FF Reporting Form
After you have successfully uploaded your completed Subpart FF reporting form, the page will be updated to reflect the file you have uploaded. During the upload, e-GGRT will generate a validation report which will list potential deficiencies or issues with your reporting form.

If you attempt to upload a file but your file is not accepted by e-GGRT, it is generally because your file has a fatal flaw or is missing essential data. The reason why the file was not acceptable is displayed as a screen error on the upload page. For an example of a screen error message, see below.

Click on the Subpart FF: View Validation link to review your validation report. An explanation of the validation report and the process for correcting validation issues prior to submission is presented in Reporting Form Validation.
Once you have addressed the validation issues to the extent you believe necessary, and once you have completed any other applicable subparts, you must generate, review, certify, and submit your annual report as described in How to Submit an Annual Report. Please be sure that you complete your submission by certifying your submission using you password and confirmation question.
