Well and Shaft

Table 3 Instructions: Fill out the following table for wells and shafts. Be sure to enter only unique unit names/IDs and to fill out the table from top to bottom without skipping rows. The third column links to a previous tab, to restrict entry to previously entered degasification gas collection systems. The table below contains space for 400 rows. If more are needed, please submit a request to the e-GGRT Help Desk at GHGReporting@epa.gov.
- Well and Shaft ID or Name
- Identify if entry is a well or a shaft. Select from the pick list
- Degasification Gas Collection System Unit ID or Name. Will complete this for wells only. Select from the pick list
- Description of well or shaft. Select from the pick list
- If 'Other (specify)' for description, enter additional information for description in next column
- Start date of well or shaft (Note: the data is applicable to RY 2013 and later, and is disabled forRY 2011 and 2012.)
(The start date should be the first date of operation of the well or shaft. If the well or shaft was in service at the beginning of the year or was operated intermittently prior to the beginning of the year enter the first day of the reporting year.) - Close date of well or shaft (Note: the data is applicable to RY 2013 and later, and is disabled for RY 2011 and 2012.)
(The close date should be date when operation of the well or shaft ceased. If the well or shaft was in service at the end of the year or was operated intermittently beyond the end of the year enter the last day of the reporting year.) - Number of days the well or shaft was in operation during the reporting year (Note: the data is applicable to RY 2013 and later, and is disabled for RY 2011 and 2012.)
(Provide the actual operating time in days, up to three decimals, consistent number of days of active ventilation or degasification operations used in Eq FF-1 or FF-3.) - Indicate whether the well or shaft is monitored individually, or as part of centralized monitoring point
- If 'monitored as part of a centralized monitoring point', identify the centralized monitoring point
