In the Subpart L inputs form, go to the "Introduction" tab. All facilities will use the Introduction tab to identify the facility name, the GHGRP Facility ID, the reporting period, and any additional comments. You are also required to confirm activities at your facility for fluorinated gas production, container venting, and destruction of previously produced fluorinated GHG.
Enter information as shown and described below. If you respond “yes” to both questions under 2), you will be directed to fill out Part 3 of the “Production Transformation” tab. As you answer the questions under 3) and 4), the "Required" column of the bottom table will be updated with "Yes" or "No". If “Yes” appears in the “Required” column next to the name of a reporting spreadsheet, you are required to complete that reporting spreadsheet.

2) For Process Level and Facility Level Emissions from Production and Transformation Processes: Did the facility produce only one fluorinated gas product, including fluorinated gas products that are intermediates? | Select "Yes" or "No" from the dropdown list to indicate whether or not the facility produced only one fluorinated gas product, including fluorinated gas products that are intermediates. |
| If you answered "Yes" to the question above, also answer the following question: "Did facility emissions include one or more major F-GHG constituents of a fluorinated gas product that is sold or transferred to another person?" | Select "Yes" or "No" from the dropdown list to indicate whether or not f-GHG constituents were sold or transferred. |
3) For Facilities that Vent Containers: Did the facility vent residual fluorinated GHGs from containers? | Select "Yes" or "No" from the dropdown list to indicate whether or not the facility vented residual fluorinated GHGs from containers. |
4) Destruction of Previously Produced Fluorinated GHGs: Did the facility destroy previously produced fluorinated GHGs in destruction processes that are not part of a fluorinated gas production process or fluorinated gas transformation process? | Select "Yes" or "No" from the dropdown list to indicate whether or not the facility destroyed previously produced fluorinated GHGs in destruction processes that are not part of a fluorinated gas production process or fluorinated gas transformation process. |
