Before entering a new facility or supplier, search by ZIP code Code (required field) to see if your facility or supplier is already in e-GGRT. After the search has returned a list of facilities, you should perform one of the following actions:

• If your facility or supplier displays in the search results and is "Available," select it and click the NEXT button.

• If your facility or supplier displays is displayed in the search results and is "Claimed," this means that the selected facility or supplier has already been registered. If you select it and click the NEXT button, e-GGRT will display information about who registered the facility or supplier will be displayed. If you believe this is was registered in error or you have questions, you should please contact the e-GGRT Help Desk.

• If your facility or supplier is not displayed, try a different ZIP code Code or click the "+ADD a New Facility" link beneath the search results. Note: some Some facilities may have multiple addresses with more than one address, each with a different ZIP codesCode. You should try all possible applicable ZIP codes Codes before clicking the "+ADD a New Facility" link. You must perform at least one search before the "+ADD a New Facility" link is displayed.
