A403. Yes, XML-based submissions are subject to a two-stage validation. The first assures compliance with the XML schema and e-GGRT database. Submissions that do not meet this standard will receive error messages as described in FAQ 397. An additional set of checks, comparable to those applied to webform submittals, are applied to Subparts DD, FF, I, L, LL, MM, QQ, and W. Additional verification checks, equivalent to those applied to webform submittals, also occurs off-line after the submission deadline.
