A186. A consultant could be a Designated Representative (DR), Alternate Designated Representative (ADR), or Agent, but Agent would be a typical role. It's up to the facility or supplier owner and operator to decide.

Question does not refer to rule but the answer does.:"It is up to the facility to consult The Rule, Part 98.4 (specifically 98.4(a) and 98.4(b) as well as 98.4(j)) to determine the appropriate DR, ADR and Agent." No change is necessary.
