A111. No.  According to the rule faccilities must report CH4 generation only from landfills under Subpart HH, section 98.342 and then report CO2 generation emissions from stations combustion under Subpart C; however, section 98.30(a)(4) states that CO2 emisisons from flares are not required to be reported. Therefore, in the case of biogenic landfill Biogenic CO2 emissions contained in landfill gas are not reported. While the rule requires reporting, under subpart C, of biogenic CO2 emitted from flares,stationary thecombustion facilityunits, doesflares notare haveexcluded tofrom include those emissions in their report.    Subpart C.
