A111. No. Biogenic  According to the rule faccilities must report CH4 generation only from landfills under Subpart HH, section 98.342 and then report CO2 generation emissions contained in landfill gas from stations combustion under Subpart C; however, section 98.30(a)(4) states that CO2 emisisons from flares are not reported.required Whileto thebe rule requires reportingreported. Therefore, underin subpartthe C,case of biogenic landfill CO2 emitted from stationary combustion units, flares are excluded from Subpart C. flares, the facility does not have to include those emissions in their report.
