Subpart S (CEMS) - Lime Product and Byproduct Information

2a.) Complete the following lime product information.

You will be required to report the following information:

• Type of lime product produced during the reporting year (provide description if "Other")
• Beginning of the year inventory of lime product produced
• End of the year inventory of lime product produced
• Annual quantity of lime product sold
• Method used to determine the quantity of lime product produced and sold (provide description if "Other")
• Information on if the quantity sold is based on one or more substitute data values
• Annual quantity of lime product not sold
• Information on if the quantity not sold is based on one or more substitute data values

 

2b.) Complete the following calcined-lime byproduct/waste information.

You will be required to report the following information:

• Type of calcined lime byproduct or waste generated during the reporting year
• Beginning of the year inventory of calcined lime byproduct or waste sold 
• End of the year inventory of calcined lime byproduct or waste sold 
• Annual quantity of calcined lime byproduct or waste sold 
• Method used to determine the quantity of calcined lime byproduct or waste sold (provide description if "Other")
• Information on if calcined lime byproduct or waste sold is based on one or more substitute data values
• Annual quantity of calcined lime byproduct or waste not sold 
• Information on if calcined lime byproduct or waste not sold is based on one or more substitute data values
