Q236. During what hours will Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP) Help Desk support available?

A236. The GHGRP Help Desk responds to inquiries from 9am-5pm Eastern Time.  EPA may extend telephone support hours around submittal deadlines, if necessary.  Questions can be submitted via e-mail at any time to ghgreporting@epa.gov or submitted at the EPA website at http://www.epa.gov/ghgreporting/forms/contact-us-about-ghg-reporting.
