Q413. What percentage of total U.S. GHG emissions is covered in the GHG Reporting program data for 2010?
A413. The 2010 data submitted from stationary sources and suppliers of certain fossil fuels and industrial greenhouse gases together cover roughly 80 percent of total U.S. GHG emissions. Note that the data for stationary sources is housed in a separate section of the data base from the suppliers of fuels and other industrial gases. The default view of the GHG data and 'ghgmap' includes emissions reported by direct emitters only. GHG data reported by suppliers is contained in a separate data set available here:
