Q100. When does moisture content need to be corrected for in Equation HH-4?

A100. If CH4 concentration and flow are both measured on a wet basis or both measured on a dry basis, then no moisture correction is needed. If one is measured on a wet basis and the other on a dry basis, then correction is needed (please reference section 98.343(b)(1).
