Q236. During what hours is telephone support available? Will hours be extended during busy times?

A236.  The e-GGRT Help Desk offers telephone support from 9-5 Eastern Time. EPA will extend hours around submittal deadlines. Note that telephone support is provided for e-GGRT only. Questions on final rule or proposed rules can be submitted via email: GHGMRR@epa.gov or at the EPA website at http://www.epa.gov/climate/climatechange/emissions/ghgrule_contactus.htm.
