Q357. A site has 3 cells. Cells 1 and 2 have active LFG collection systems and cell 3 does not, how do we proceed?


A357. The rule contains a method to estimate the overall efficiency of the gas collection system based on the area affected by the gas collection system. See Table HH-3.
