Q273. Is there any way to be the Agent for all facilities at a company and fill out only one Notice of Delegation?

A273. No, the Designated Representative (DR) (or Alternate Designated Representative (ADR)) must certify, sign and submit a Notice of Delegation for each facility even if the Agent is the same individual at all facilities.
