Background
EPA is providing draft versions of the Reporting Year 2020 (RY2020) Subpart W Reporting Form, Optional Calculation Workbook, and XML schema to the public and is seeking comments and suggestions regarding these reporting tool.
Summary of Changes
Optional Calculation Workbook revisions are limited to changes to improve usability. There are no changes from the previous year to the Subpart W Reporting Form or Subpart W schema for RY2020.

XML Reporting
The draft Subpart W RY2020 XML Reporting schema (version 11.0) posted below allows XML reporters an opportunity to prepare for the RY2020 reporting requirements. The draft Subpart W XML reporting schema (version 11.0) only includes those data elements applicable to RY2020 reporting. EPA has limited this file to just those data elements applicable to RY2020 to clarify requirements and to assist facilities in preparing their RY2020 reports. Allowable enumerations for RY2020 reporting are also provided in a separate file.
