Login to e-GGRT

Please note that all e-GGRT sessions end after ten minutes of inactivity AND you must complete the user registration process during one session. If your e-GGRT session is inactive for ten minutes during user registration, you will need to start the user registration process again.

You need an e-GGRT user account if you intend to:

  • Register a facility or supplier
  • Submit a Certificate of Representation
  • Enter facility or supplier Greenhouse gas (GHG) data;
  • Submit an annual GHG report for a facility or supplier; or
  • Delegate to another person any of the duties listed above.

This includes all DRs, ADRs and Agents associated with a facility or supplier that is required to report under 40 CFR 98. To find out if 40 CFR 98 applies to your facility or supplier, refer to the general applicability criteria in 40 CFR 98.2 of Subpart A

For CBS Users

For each facility or supplier subject to report under 40 CFR 98, if the facility is also required to report under 40 CFR 75, then the DR must be the same person in each case. Therefore, if you are a DR in CBS, you must also register for an e-GGRT user account. If this applies to you, e-GGRT will give you the opportunity to import your CBS facility information into e-GGRT.

For CDX Users

If you already have an active CDX user account, you can log in to e-GGRT with your CDX user name and password. If you do not have a CDX account click on the green NEW USER REGISTRATION button on the login page. e-GGRT will then guide you through the process of completing a user profile.

Electronic Signature Agreement

EPA requires every e-GGRT user to have an Electronic Signature Agreement on file at EPA. If you are a registered user of the CAMD Business System (CBS) and you already have an Electronic Signature Agreement on file with EPA, you may use that instead of filing a new one.

If you don't have an Electronic Signature Agreement form on file with EPA, e-GGRT will create one for you during the user registration process. Please print the form, sign it and date it, and mail it to EPA at the address below.

Send your Electronic Signature Agreement via regular US mail, certified mail or express courier to:

E-GGRT Help Desk
SAIC
8301 Greensboro Drive, Mail Stop E-11-2
McLean, VA 22102

Each facility or supplier must use e-GGRT to submit a Certificate of Representation by January 30, 2011. In order to meet this deadline, the Designated Representative must use e-GGRT to print out the Electronic Signature Agreement, then sign and mail it to EPA by January 20, 2011.

After receiving your Electronic Signature Agreement, EPA will review it for completeness. Once your form successfully completes EPA review, EPA will send you an email notifying you that your account has been activated. You will then be able to log in to e-GGRT to perform the facility registration process.
