Q523. Are natural gas distribution facilities required to report emissions from residential and commercial customer meters and associated regulator(s) under §98.232(i )?

 

A523. We did not intend to include reporting requirements for residential and commercial customer meters and associated regulator(s). Note, we did not intend to exclude all regulators from mandatory reporting but only those included with residential and commercial customer meters not covered in Subpart W.
