* Reporting Form Version R.03 are new forms for RY13. Where R.03 forms have been releases the previous form (version R.02) is obsolete and can not be used for submission of current or prior year data.

**Both Subpart W Forms are functionally identical, except that the supersize form can support up to 1100 sub-basin or 5000 individual units.
