Before entering a new facility or supplier, search by ZIP Code (required field) to see if your facility or supplier is already in e-GGRT. After the search has returned a list of facilities, you should perform one of the following actions:

• If your facility or supplier displays in the search results and is "Available," select it and click NEXT.

• If your facility or supplier is displayed in the search results and is "Claimed," this means that the selected facility or supplier has already been registered. If you select it and click NEXT, e-GGRT will display information about who registered the facility or supplier. If you believe this was registered in error or you have questions, please contact the e-GGRT Help Desk.

• If your facility or supplier is not displayed, try a different ZIP Code or click the "+ADD a New Facility" link beneath the search results. Note: Some facilities may have more than one address, each with a different ZIP Code. You should try all applicable ZIP Codes before clicking the "+ADD a New Facility" link. You must perform at least one search before the "+ADD a New Facility" link is displayed.

• If you add a new facility or supplier and e-GGRT detects a potential match already in the system, it will display the potential match. If the facility or supplier displayed is the one you intend to register, select "Yes" for the question "Is the facility above the one you are attempting to register?" If it is not, select "No". Click the NEXT button to continue.
