Facility names shown in the e-GGRT Home Page's FACILITIES PENDING REGISTRATION panel are hyperlinked, but the hyperlink does not work.

Use of some special characters (e.g., hyphens, apostrophes, ampersands, etc.) may result in system errors during the user and facility registration process and should not be used, if at all possible. Should you encounter such a problem during user or facility registration, please contact the help desk.

Differences identified to date are cosmetic and do not affect e-GGRT functionality. If you find a difference that affects functionality, please report it to the e-GGRT Help Desk.

At the end of the facility registration process, the relevant screen shot is provided part way down the page [Identification of DRs, ADRs, and Agents], users are presented with a SUBMIT REGISTRATION button that submits the information entered to EPA for review, and presents the user with a "Success" page. If a user clicks on their browser's Back button and returns to prior page and again clicks the SUBMIT REGISTRATION button, the facility will display in that user's FACILITIES PENDING REGISTRATION panel twice.

When creating an e-GGRT user profile, you must establish a Password Reset Question and Password Reset Answer. The Password Reset Question field does not accept an apostrophe as a valid character (e.g., "Pet's name?"). The user may use instead the question with the apostrophe removed (e.g., "Pets name").

If the Designated Representative appointment identified during Facility Registration is not approved by EPA, or if it is approved by EPA, but the DR subsequently elects to not accept his/her appointment as DR, the facility remains stuck in "Pending" registration status and a new DR cannot be appointed.

Until such time that this defect is addressed, the e-GGRT Help Desk can assist you in 'resetting' your facility so that a DR can be appointed.
