Viewing your Electronic Signature Agreement

Electronic Signature Agreement Processing

After printing your Electronic Signature Agreement, complete the following steps:

4. Monitor your email for a message from EPA notifying you that your Electronic Signature Agreement has been received by EPA and approved, after which you may Wait for EPA to receive the Electronic Signature Agreement, after which you will receive an account activation notice by e-mail and can begin using e-GGRT.

For CAMD Business Systems (CBS) users only: If you were able to log in using your CBS user name and password, e-GGRT was able to determine that linked your e-GGRT and CBS accounts, then e-GGRT informed you if you already have an Electronic Signature Agreement recorded in the CAMD Business System, and on file at EPA. If so, you will not need to print, sign and mail a separate e-GGRT Electronic Signature Agreementanother one.

After completing e-GGRT new user registration, you may login log in to e-GGRT, but will not be able to perform any further activity until EPA has processed your Electronic Signature Agreement. Please allow 10 business days for processing.Please allow sufficient time for EPA processing of Electronic Signature Agreements in order to meet the January 30, 2011 deadline for submitting Certificates of Representation.
