A318. EPA has finalized a rule deferring the reporting deadline for inputs to emission equations (76 FR 53057, August 25, 2011, available at http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2011-08-25/pdf/2011-21727.pdf#page=1 (PDF) (15 pp, 235K, About PDF)); both e-GGRT and the XML reporting instructions reflect this final rule (i.e., they do not currently collect inputs to emission equations).
