Q764.: Why isdoes FLIGHT theshow GHGa quantitysmaller reportednumber byof Supplierssuppliers of Petroleumpetroleum Productsproducts (Subpart MM) notin 2010 providedand for2011 2010than orsubsequent 2011years?

A764. Suppliers of petroleum products submitted data for 2010 and 2011 using a different reporting system than the rest of the GHG Reporting Program . The 2010 and 2011 data is being migrated to FLIGHT and EPA anticipates that it will be published next year.  EPA has made reporting year 2012 data from suppliers of petroleum products available on FLIGHT and for download from Envirofacts.(which uses e-GGRT). Beginning with reporting year 2012, these facilities began reporting in e-GGRT and data from 2012 onwards is contained in FLIGHT and Envirofacts. Facilities are able to re-submit their 2010 and 2011 data through e-GGRT and FLIGHT displays data for the suppliers that have done so.
