Q813. What are the optional delayed reporting requirements for wildcat wells and delineation wells?
A813. Subpart W specifies that reporting may be delayed by up to two years for certain data elements that are based exclusively on information from wildcat wells and/or delineation wells. The specific requirements differ for each reporting year. Details of the requirements for each year are described below:

All of the delayed reporting data elements for reporting year 2015 must be reported by March 31, 2018. In addition, the API well numbers for the applicable wildcat and/or delineation wells associated with each delayed reporting data element must be reported by March 31, 2018.
