On October 28, 2010, and December 17, 2010, and November 29, 2011, EPA published final rules that contained technical corrections, clarifications, and other amendments to various subparts under 40 CFR part 98. You should review the latest version of 40 CFR part 98 at , including revisions to equations for calculating GHG emissions.
