EPA has finalized a rule deferring the reporting deadline for inputs to emission equations (76 FR 53057, August 25, 2011, available at [http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2011-08-25/pdf/2011-21727.pdf#page=1] (PDF) (15 pp, 235K, [About PDF|http://www.epa.gov/epahome/pdf.html])); both e-GGRT and the XML reporting instructions reflect this final rule (i.e., they do not currently collect inputs to emission equations).
