{td:class=ets-body}At the end of the facility registration process, the relevant screen shot is provided part way down the page [Identification of DRs, ADRs, and Agents], users are presented with a SUBMIT REGISTRATION button that submits the information entered to EPA for review, and presents the user with a "Success" page.  If a user clicks on their browser's Back button and returns to prior page and again clicks the SUBMIT REGISTRATION button, the facility will display in that user's FACILITIES PENDING REGISTRATION panel twice.{td}

The Password Reset Question field does not accept an apostrophe as a valid character (e.g., "Pet's name?"). The user may use instead the question with the apostrophe removed (e.g., "Pets name").{td}
