Q732. Does the current GHGRP data include all U.S. emissions from petroleum and natural gas systems?

A732. No, the GHGRP does not cover all emissions from petroleum and natural gas systems. For example, facilities included in the petroleum and natural gas systems source category are required to submit annual reports only if the facility's total annual emissions from all sources covered by the GHGRP exceed 25,000 metric tons CO2e.
