A393. No, EPA will continue to publish the schema in multiple XSD files compiled into a single archive (zip) file. Organization of the schema by subpart allows users to focus on those XSDs they are using rather than the entire schema. Examples of complete XML packages for common reporting scenarios can also be found at XML Examples.
