Q362. How do we account for landfills of highly variable designs under Subpart HH (i.e. pre and post RCRA Subtitle D) with variable depths and different cover cross-sections given that the emission models prescribed in the 98.343 are developed for landfills of uniform depth and cover? |
A362. Provide your best estimate given the data available. Use of average depth and cover will provide a good estimate of emissions. Please be sure that you document these assumptions in the GHG Monitoring Plan under 98.3(g)(5).
