 Q362. How do we account for landfills of highly variable designs under Subpart HH (i.e. pre and post RCRA Subtitle D) with variable depths and different cover cross-sections given that the emission models prescribed in the 98.343 are developed for landfills of uniform depth and cover?

A362. Provide your best estimate given the data available. Use of average depth and cover will provide a good estimate of emissions. Please be sure that you document these assumptions in the GHG Monitoring Plan under 98.3(g)(5).
