Q543. This question relates to subpart W, Acid Gas Removal Vents, using Calculation Methodology 3 (98.233.d). In 98.233.d.8 are we allowed to assume that volume fraction of CO2 content in natural gas out of the AGR unit is zero? This will result in a conservative estimate of AGR vent emissions.
