Challenge Question Issues

I'm unable to successfully answer my Challenge Question. What should I do?

You’ll need to reset your Challenge Questions:

1. Login to e-GGRT.

2. Near the right corner of the page, click on “My Profile”.

3. Click on the “Reset My Challenge Questions” link.

4. Click on the “request a Reset PIN” link.

5. When you click the "request a Reset PIN" link, a one-time use PIN will be immediately emailed to you.

6. After receiving the email, paste the PIN in the “Reset PIN” field and click the SUBMIT button.

7. Choose and answer each challenge question. Please be sure that each answer entered is different from the answers for the other challenge questions and that there are no extra spaces at the end or beginning of any text that you enter.

8. Hit the SAVE button when done.

A message is displayed in e-GGRT indicating the answers to my Challenge Questions are missing. What should I do?

1. Login to e-GGRT.

2. Near the right corner of the page, click on “My Profile”.

3. Click on the “Reset My Challenge Questions” link.

4. Click on the “request a Reset PIN” link.

5. When you click the "request a Reset PIN" link, a one-time use PIN will be immediately emailed to you.

6. After receiving the email, paste the PIN in the “Reset PIN” field and click the SUBMIT button.

8. Hit the SAVE button when done.

I don't recognize the Challenge Question that is being displayed. What should I do?
