Carry forward of data from previous subpart HH submissions into current reporting year forms

If you previously reported under subpart HH, the Agency will use your previous reporting year data forward to support emission calculations for the current year.   For example, waste volumes and characterizations are stored from prior year reporting and used to reduce the reporting burden. No data is inserted into your your current year characterizations of landfill operation and wastes; these data must be entered for the current year by the reporter.  It is still your responsibility to review and ensure that all prior year information in your submission is correct.

The reporter is responsible for ensuring all data are accurate before submitting their report. Consistent with 98.4(a), it is the designated representative (DR) for the facility or supplier that is responsible for reporting for the facility or supplier. The current facility owner is responsible for identifying and authorizing a DR and the DR is responsible for timely and accurate reporting. With respect to accurate reporting, 98.4(e)(1) of the rule requires that your report is certified "to the best of my knowledge and belief true, accurate, and complete."
