Q485. What is the definition of  "fractionate" and "fractionation" in 98.230(a)(3)?

A485. It is EPA’s intention for the purpose of Subpart W to follow general industry parlance whereby “fractionate” and “fractionation” refers to the separation of NGLs into individual chemical species or commercial products.
