In addition to the information required by 40 CFR §98.176, §95120(d) requires the operator must report the annual production of primary iron and steel products in short tons, a description of the product(s), and, the process used to produce the products, such as use of an electric arc furnace.

Click the link under the PRODUCTION DATA heading for the "Subpart Q Production Data"
Download the appropriate Subpart Q reporting form
Complete the form, following the instructions provided
Save the form, and upload it to Cal e-GGRT using the BROWSE and UPLOAD buttons in the PRODUCTION DATA section of the Subpart Q Overview page
