Issue: Many users, when reviewing the summary report which is generated prior to submission, are concerned because data items in unit's emissions details section are sometimes blank. Many users assume this suggests that these data have been omitted by the user and the submission is incomplete. |

Issue: For Subpart Q Flares, e-GGRT had been directing users to use Equations Y-4 and Y-5 to calculate CH4 and N20. However, Subpart Q requires that you calculate those emissions based on Equation C-9a (98.33(2)(c)). In addition, annual reports generated by e-GGRT for subpart Q were not in all cases including the CO2, CH4, and/or N2O emissions for each flare reported. The rolled-up subpart-level and facility-level emissions values were correct. |
