Q28. Are individual car or truck owners required to report?

A28. No.  Under the rule, emissions from mobile sources will be covered by reports from fuel suppliers and manufacturers of vehicles and engines outside of the light-duty sector.  No data will be collected from fleet operators or vehicle owners in this rule.
