EPA is making available drafts of the Reporting Year (RY) 2019 Reporting Form, Optional Calculation Spreadsheet, and XML schema.   Please note there are few changes as compare with the RY2018 versions of the documents. Changes to the Subpart W Reporting Form and Optional Calculation Workbook are limited to changes to improve usability and support use of the form for multiple reporting years.  There are no Subpart W schema changes this year.
