Q149. If coal comes from the same source, how many deliveries must be analyzed to have a representative sample?
A149. If multiple shipments of coal or fuel oil from the same supply source are received in a particular calendar month, the deliveries for that month are considered to be a "fuel lot" requiring analysis of only one representative sample. (See §98.34(a)(2)(ii).)
