Q43. Will EPA provide training and guidance for reporters?

A43.  Yes. EPA is providing a wide variety of tools that will assist potential reporters to comply with this rulemaking. EPA has developed an on-line applicability tool that will assist potential reporters to assess whether they would be required to report. In addition, EPA has developed several guidance documents that are available on our website. Finally, EPA will be hosting a number of webinars and attending meetings to provide information to reporters about the final requirements.
