Q267. If there is a change in owner or operator, does e-GGRT need to be updated within 90 days?
Note: The Cal e-GGRT help system includes general instruction on using the California GHG reporting tool. However, the help system may not explain differences between California and U.S. EPA reporting requirements. Please refer to the ARB reporting website for California-specific reporting requirements and additional help.

Yes. After any change in the owners and operators of the facility or supplier (including the addition of a new owner or operator), the Designated Representative (DR) or any Alternate Designated Representative (ADR) shall use e-GGRT to submit an updated Certificate of Representation within 90 days.
