EPA plans to provide the ability for reporters to upload reporting data using XML. A draft schema for this XML file has been posted at http://www.epa.gov/climate/climatechange/emissions/data-reporting-system.html. The XML upload method may be used only for submitting the annual greenhouse gas (GHG) report. User and facility or supplier registration must be entered through e-GGRT web forms.
