Q521. For a facility with equipment classified under 40 CFR 98.232(h)(4), is the correct methodology to conduct a leak detection survey as in 98.233(q) and use 98.233(r) to estimate emissions from sources determined to be leaking?

 

A520. For equipment in 98.232(h), other than vapor recovery compressors, the reporter should use methods in 98.233(q). For vapor recovery compressors the reporter should use methods in 98.233(r).
