Q819. How are aggregate CO2 totals associated with supplied products determined for petroleum product producers and natural gas liquids fractionators?

 A819. For petroleum product producers (refineries) and natural gas liquids fractionators that supply one and only one product, the total CO₂ value associated with the supplier is confidential. EPA has presented an aggregate CO2 value for these industries, this value does not include CO₂ associated with products supplied by those facilities whose CO₂ value is confidential.
