Q811. A GHGRP facility is being sold by my company to another company. My company does not want to be responsible for monitoring GHG data or submitting annual reports after the sale. What should we do?
A811. If there is a change in ownership, consistent with the requirements in 98.4(h), the Certificate of Representation (COR) needs to be updated within 90 days of the change of ownership in order to reflect the new ownership. This is accomplished in two steps.
