Q464. Is it correct to conclude that emissions from stationary sources of fuel combustion are to be quantified and reported in accordance with the methodologies specified in 40 CFR Part 98 Subpart C and not as described in BOEMRE's GOADS instructions?

A464. EPA confirms that stationary sources of fuel combustion, except flares, must be reported using methodologies specified in 40 CFR Part 98 Subpart C; flare emissions have to be reported under subpart W, consistent with BOEMRE (30 CFR 250.302 through 304).
