Q464. Is it correct to conclude that emissions from stationary sources of fuel combustion are to be quantified and reported in accordance with the methodologies specified in 40 CFR Part 98 Subpart C and not as described in BOEMRE's GOADS instructions? |
A464. EPA confirms that stationary sources of fuel combustion, except flares, must be reported using methodologies specified in 40 CFR Part 98 Subpart C; flare emissions have to be reported under subpart W, consistent with BOEMRE (30 CFR 250.302 through 304).
